Shipping Carriers

We primarily ship via USPS. However, depending on your location or product availability, we may also use UPS, or FedEx..

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed and fulfilled within 3–7 business days after payment is authorized and verified.

  • You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

  • If you do not receive tracking information within 7 business days of placing your order, please contact us at contact@oscaribbean.com.

Shipping Schedule

  • Orders placed on Fridays will begin processing the following Monday.

  • Delivery times vary based on your location and distance from our warehouse.

Shipping Delays & Delivery Issues

  • Once an order is shipped and in the possession of the carrier, OS Caribbean is not responsible for delays.

  • For shipping delays, please contact the carrier directly (e.g., USPS) with your tracking number.

  • OS Caribbean cannot guarantee delivery dates once the package is in transit.

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • OS Caribbean is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once the carrier marks them as delivered.

  • If your tracking information states "Delivered" and you have not received your package, you must contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
