Inspection Upon Delivery

Upon receipt of your order, please inspect all items immediately upon delivery by the carrier. Ensure that your products are in the expected condition and free from defects or damages.

Return Authorization

All returns require prior authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. To initiate a return, please email us at contact@oscaribbean.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted only within 14 days from the date of delivery.

  • Items must be returned in original condition: unworn, unused, unaltered, free of makeup, stains, pet hair, odors, and fragrances, with all original tags and/or stickers intact.

  • Original shipping fees and insurance (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to:

  • Damage upon arrival

  • Incorrect item received

  • Internal processing error

Customers must retain tracking information for all returned packages.

Restocking Fees

  • Returns postmarked 15-30 days after delivery are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

  • Refused packages or those returned to sender will incur a 20% restocking fee. Original shipping charges for these returned items are non-refundable.

  • Returns exceeding $300 in total value are subject to a 15% restocking fee, deducted from the refund amount.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Personalized items

  • Intimates, bodysuits, swimwear

  • Mystery bags

  • Door-buster items

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Shipping insurance

  • Gift cards

Exchanges

For the quickest exchange process, return the original item and place a separate new order once your return is accepted and store credit is issued.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment. Please allow up to 7 business days for processing.
